IT Services:

• House Call: Basic service $75 per hour or $50 for 30 minutes. Travel time fee charged†
• Business Call: $99 per hour. Travel time fee charged†
• Remote Support

Service hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Closed on Holidays, emergency calls will be acessed during holidays.

Emergency after-hours rate is $215 per hour

Note: Calls and consultations must be scheduled.

Dropped off at the shop:

• Check-up: $45
• Tune-ups: $90-$145
• Hardware upgrade: $75-$95*
• Software upgrade: $65-$95*
• Memory test: $70**
• Virus removal: $125-$140
• OS recovery: $165

*Client pays for hardware and/or software
**Memory testing may take up to 3-5 days
† Travel fee is $55 (One way) for up to 30 minutes or 20 miles from the Downtown Woodland office, time and/or mileage over will be billed at standard hourly rate (House Call: $75 per hour, Business: $99 per hour) from the office. Woodland (Within “City Limits”) clients/customers do not get charged a travel time fee
